Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2014, at around 14:55, the Defendant driven the Round road, which is a motorway of about 500 meters from the front day of Sinsan-ro 52-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to the two front day of the 12-lane 12-ro, Sin-si, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu.
