A shall be punished by imprisonment for one year, by imprisonment for one year and six months, by imprisonment for Defendant C and D, by imprisonment for each of October.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants of the 2016 Highest 4314 are not narcotics handlers.
1. Defendant A
A. At around 21:00 on May 2016, the Defendant administered a crophone by means of raising approximately 0.2 gramopon from the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and from “G” telephones to the gambling place, and raising the bottom of the croopon to the croopon. 2) The Defendant, on June 18:00, administered the croopon in the manner that the croop was cut back by heating the croopon. 2) At the early 18:00 gram of the croopon at the above “G” telephones, along with H, around 18:0, on June 2016, the Defendant administered the croopon by means of spreading about 0.2 gramopon from the croopon to the croopon.
3. At around 21:00 on June 20, 2016, the Defendant administered opphonephones in a way that sets up approximately 0.2g of opphones on the gambling site along with H at the unfoldel near J located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, and opens down the extension arising from heating the bottom of the opphones.
B. At around 13:00 on June 21, 2016, the Defendant received two vinyl bags containing approximately 0.6g of philopon from H in front of the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which received a total of 1.2g gramlopon.
C. Around 14:00 on June 21, 2016, the Defendant sold phiphones by receiving KRW 300,000 in cash from B on the street in front of the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and 0.6g of phiphones.
2. Defendant B
A. Around 14:00 on June 21, 2016, the Defendant purchased phiphones by means of giving A cash of KRW 300,000 and receiving approximately 0.6 grams of phiphones in front of the Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
B. At around 16:00 on June 21, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones by means of cutting about 0.1g of philophones with M on a gambling place at the residence of the Defendant in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and on the second floor, and cutting down the philophones by heating the bottom thereof. 2) On June 21, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones around 22:10.
