A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 25, 2016, the Defendant thefted B, around 16:15, 2016, the Victim B, who was located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Seoul, by means of a gap in the management of his employees in the store managed by Changwon-si, the Defendant: (a) cut off the wall that was rosped by rosped rosped rosped rosped rosped sped sped spinging one to pass through the search platform.

On May 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against H around 17:36 on May 25, 2016; (b) in a store managed by the J representative of the victim H, the Defendant used a gap in which employees’ surveillance was neglected; (c) in which the total market price of KRW 9,300 is less than KRW 9,30,000; (d) the amount of thret 1,980, an amount equivalent to the market price of KRW 13,000,000, in a correct manner, was stolen by putting in a bank that was created in contact with the stuff.
