A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 24, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Cheongju District Court, which was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months on July 17, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 25, 2014, and thus, the said suspended sentence became null and void upon being sentenced to imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Daejeon District Court. On December 16, 2016, the sentence of the said suspended sentence was completed at Daejeon Prison, and the other person was sentenced to a suspended sentence of five times more.
1. On July 2, 2017, around 10:50 on July 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by taking advantage of the victim D’s “Et” operated in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and by taking advantage of the gaps in which surveillance of the said marina employees was neglected; (b) resulting in a theft of the total market price of KRW 87,300 in 30.

From around 10:10 to around 11:20 on July 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered “G Mart” located in the Daejeon East-gu, Daejeon; and (b) destroyed the victim HN-dong-based 224,380 won of the market price owned by the Plaintiff HN-dong-dong, which was displayed in the said Mart by taking advantage of the gaps in which the surveillance of the said Mart employees was neglected; and (c) stolen the Defendant’s 2,380 won of the market price.
3. At around 19:20 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the sum of the market price of the Victim HN, Inc., HN one Mypt, Inc., the holding of which was displayed in the said Mypt, by taking advantage of the gaps in surveillance of the Mypt employees at the above Mypt; (b) one for Eypt, one for Egypt, one for Egypt, one for Egypt, two for Egypt, two for Egypt, two for Egypt, one for Egypt, three for Egypt, three for LA conflict, three for Egypt, one for Egypt, one for Egypt, and one for Egyma cremation, one for Egymat cremation.
Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.
