Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A and Defendant B worked as F’s infant care teacher at “E Child Care Center”, a public child care center located in D in the East Sea, while working as F’s infant care teacher at “E Child Care Center”, the person in charge of infant care for 13 infants, such as G(2), H(2), I(2), J(3), K(2), K(2), L(3), M(2), N(2), and N(2). Defendant C is a person working as the head of E Child Care Center.
No person shall commit any emotional abuse against a child that may injure his/her body or injure his/her physical health or mental health and development.
1. At around 10:56 on May 14, 2019, Defendant A: (a) committed an act when, or forced, a victimized child on the ground that the victimized child’s her horse was not heard by G, H, K, L, I, and N did not hear his horse or that the victimized child was not concentrated in class, on the ground that the victimized child G was boomed by his her three-dimensional hand at the right right time; and (b) from around that time to June 13, 2019, Defendant A committed an act, such as her 44 times in total, on the ground that the victimized child was not boomed by G, H, K, L, I, and N, or that he was not concentrated in class.
Accordingly, the defendant committed physical abuse and emotional abuse against victimized children.
2. At around 12:39 on May 14, 2019, Defendant B, at the E Child Care Center F Class, Defendant B, on the ground that the victimized child G was satisfed in the window, he was satisfed to the right hand of the victimized child at the right hand, and satisfed into the floor in a forced manner by satisfing the damaged child. From around that time to June 21, 2019, the victimized child was 49 times in total, such as G, H, L, I, J, and M, a total of 49 times, on the ground that the victimized child’s horse is not heard, or that the victimized child G was not concentrated in class.
Accordingly, the defendant commits physical abuse and emotional abuse against victimized children.
