Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2017 Highly 848" is a person who owns B-wing and cargo vehicles.
No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 08:00 on October 02, 2016, operated the said vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance in the section of about 5 km from the old world of 17-1, 343, to the front day of the 757 South Mansung, Nam-si, Namnam-si, Gwangju, for the desire of 08:0 to operate the said vehicle from the old world of 17-1, 757.
The defendant of "2017 Highly 849" is a person who holds B-wing and cargo vehicles.
No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, around October 10, 2016, operated the foregoing cargo vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 3 km section from 2669, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, the other party to the other party to the Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, and from 2669 to 11.
