Punishment of the crime

On July 201, the Defendant arbitrarily leased D Apartment 202 of Gyeonggi-gun Group D Apartment 202, which was a land owner, using C’s certificate of personal seal impression, and conspired with E to obtain the deposit from the lessee by receiving the transfer from the same person, who is known to E, who is the constructor, to F.

1. Around July 201, the Defendant and E forged private documents forged a letter of delegation in the name of the victim C, a private document related to rights and obligations, by stating that “A shall delegate the matters concerning the lease on a deposit basis to an agent in relation to D apartment 202 of Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do, under the title of “a delegation letter” in the form of “a delegation letter”, using a tampial-type G of Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do for the purpose of exercising the right.

On July 8, 2011, the Defendant and E stated that, for the purpose of exercising, at the I Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-do, H, the Plaintiff and E stated that the Licensed Real Estate Agent J shall lease the lease deposit of KRW 70 million from July 18, 201 to July 18, 2013 by means of a computer to K with the content that, “The lease deposit amount of KRW 70 million from July 18, 2011 to July 18, 2013,” the lessor’s resident registration number and address shall be stated in the lessor’s name, stating that the Defendant’s resident registration number and address shall be stated as the agent, and then output the Defendant’s seal and seal shall be affixed to the victim’s name, and then a copy of the Victim C’s apartment lease contract in the name of the victim C, which is a private document concerning the rights and duties, was prepared by recognizing the other’s qualification

As a result, the defendant and E made the apartment charter contract in the victim's name by collecting the qualification of others, and forged the power of attorney.

2. On July 8, 2011, the Defendant and E in the event of the above investigation document shall be the victim C. as described in paragraph 1 at the office of the I Licensed Real Estate Agent in Gyeonggi-gun H, Gyeonggi-do.
