Punishment of the crime

1. From May 18, 201, the Defendant: (a) from around 18, 201, leased a deposit of KRW 3 million; (b) monthly rent of KRW 3 million; and (c) did not have the right of representation for the lease of an apartment from around 200,000 to around 300,000,000 won, which was owned by C.

2. The Defendant, who was aware of the fact that he was qualified at the time and place set forth in paragraph (1), exercised the real estate rental contract, which was prepared with qualification inside the above time and place, as if it was a document duly formed.
3.
