A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a criminal of D Taekwondo Institute in Chungcheong-gun C, and the victim E (the family name, the female, the age of 11) and victim F (the age of 11) are students attending the said Taekwondo Institute in the fourth grade of elementary school, respectively.
