In addition, from July 1, 2014 to December 4, 2015, the applicant for the order to observe the protection (hereinafter referred to as the “defendant”) was a person who worked for a criminal in the E Taekwondo Institute located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu, and the victim F (V, age 8) was a first half of the said Institute’s first school and was under the direction of the Defendant.
1. On November 201, 2014, around 17:00, the Defendant laid the door in which the victim was deprived of his/her arms at the E Taekwondo Institute. In a situation where the victim was laid off, the Defendant was willing to commit an indecent act against the victim by taking advantage of his/her position as a Taekwondo criminal, and the victim was forced to sit on the floor of the victim. The victim was sitting on the lower side of the victim who was seated on the floor, and the victim was spanty by inserting the victim’s hand and panty, and continued to have a negative part of the victim despite the victim’s intention to take away his/her hand.
2. From December 2, 2014 to February 2, 2015, at around 17:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in the Taekwondo Institute to take the victim away from it; (b) opened a door in a situation where there is a boom with the victim; (c) used his/her position as a Taekwondo criminal in order to commit an indecent act against the victim; (d) opened the victim on the floor; (c) opened the victim into the lower part of the victim’s seat on the floor; (d) opened the victim’s panty and panty; (d) opened the victim’s hand in the second part; and (e) continued to open the victim’s part despite having attempted to take the victim’s hand, even though the victim did not speak and tried to take out the Defendant’s hand.
3. From December 2014 to March 2015, at around 17:00, the Defendant laid the door in which the victim was removed from the Taekwondo Driving Schools to the escape room. In a situation where there is a booming with the victim, the Defendant scam to commit an indecent act against the victim by taking advantage of his/her status as a Taekwondo criminal, and the victim scam on the floor, and the victim scam to the lower part of the victim’s seat on the floor.
