A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has worked as a criminal of Taekwondo head in Cheongju-si, the defendant is a victim F (n, 8 years old), and the victim G (n, 8 years old) is a student who is not the head of the above Taekwondo.

1. Crimes against victim F;

A. On 2015, the Defendant: (a) around the 2015, the Defendant: (b) placed the victim in the above Taekwondo chapter; and (c) placed the victim in the right kn's kn's kn's kn's m.

B. On January 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven the victim in the above Taekwondo Chapter by driving a vehicle onto Lone Starex on board; and (b) had the victim sit in the back seat immediately after driving the vehicle at the seat of the victim in the Cheongju-si Office H; and (c) had the victim sit in the back seat immediately after having the victim sit in the front seat.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim under 13 years of age on two occasions.

2. Crimes against victims G;

A. On November 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a victim of the said Taekwondo Chapter while driving a vehicle on board a Lone Starex vehicle; and (b) was in the office of the victim in the Cheongju-si Office H in the Cheongju-si, and stopped in the signal line; (c) had the victim sprinked in both arms; and (d) had the victim sprinked with the view of the victim.

B. On November 12, 2015, the Defendant, at the rest room of the above Taekwondo hall, “ Women’s Mag-gu and Eg-ri,” and the victim had dancing in line with the victim’s view.

On November 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven the victim of Taekwondo in the said Taekwondo Chapter by driving a vehicle onto a Lone Starex vehicle; (b) arrived at the seat of the victim in the Cheongju-si H at the Cheongju-si; (c) made the victim get off the vehicle; and (d) made the victim dance in line with the victim’s view.

(d)

On November 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00 on the Taekwondo 13:00, and (b) around 13:0, the Defendant sited in the future of the victim who sees and sees his eye, and (c) sprinked the victim in both arms.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age on four occasions.
