Punishment of the crime
[2019 Highest 1316]
1. On February 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 23:20 on February 23, 2019, the victim D who was placed in a carter in the CCoin Gabter in the first floor of the building underground in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon; and (b) cut off one of the KRW 500,000 Samsung Tallon households equivalent to KRW 1.
2. On February 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 04:30 on February 25, 2019, put the victim FF in the G coffee shop operated by Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, into the crepan (25 cm in length); (b) opened a door and intrude into the coffee shop.
The defendant cited 10,000 won in cash, which is located in a small credit cooperative and a credit cooperative, which is located in the market price of 100,000 won owned by the victim of a car transport.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

1. On February 27, 2019, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 00:25, the convenience store located in N in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon; (b) presented the Defendant’s non-indicted 1’s credit card completion as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card and received DNA tobacco 2 A at the market price of KRW 8,200 from the above convenience store by deceiving the victims as shown in the separate crime list from around 02:13 to around 00 of the same day; and (c) then, the Defendant was using the “debit card” as stated in the stolen credit card indictment after acquiring property or property benefits worth KRW 79,760 from the victims and taking advantage of the victims’ economic benefits at the market price of KRW 79,760.
3. The Defendant who attempted to commit fraud is at around 03:09 on the same day as the above 2.
