[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

[Criminal Power] On March 22, 2019, Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on November 19, 2019 by imprisonment with prison labor for special robbery at the Daegu District Court, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 19, 2019.

A. A thief (1) around October 22, 2019, the Defendant collected one cell phone (a50,000 won per gallon) equivalent to 400,000 won in the market value of the victim, which is placed on the head of another victim’s cell phone (galo) located on the part of the victim, as the victim D was locked at the 1st floor of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and stolen.

(2) On October 22, 2019, the Defendant collected one cellular phone (gallona7) equivalent to 100,000 won at the market price owned by the victim E in the same manner at the same place as the above (1) around 03:38, 201.

(3) At around 09:00 on October 25, 2019, the Defendant stolen the victim’s PC from the “G” bank located in Suwon-si F, Suwon-si, the Defendant caused the victim’s PC to wear the PC, which is located on the tables, to bring about a theft on the market price, where one copy of the Victim’s PC card was located on the table.

(4) At around 11:40 on October 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) organized the clothing of the victim K at the “J” clothes store located in Suwon-si I; (b) and (c) cut off the cell phone (soviet 7) worth KRW 500,000 at the market price of Samsung Credit Card 1 and Samsung Credit Card 1, which are placed on a display stand where surveillance was neglected, with the victim’s cell located on a different display stand; and (d) cut off the cell phone (galori 7).

B. On October 25, 2019, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) purchased 1,500 won of the market price at the N convenience store operated by Ma of the Victim L Victim M in Suwon-si on October 25, 2019; (b) presented the stolen Samsung Credit Card as if the Defendant was his/her card and paid 1,500 won of the price to the victim; and (c) around that time, from October 25, 2019 to October 51, 2019, purchased goods worth KRW 72,750 in total at the nearby convenience store in the Suwon Station, etc., and completed the stolen Credit Card.
