Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants, in collusion with K and L, who are insurance consulting firms, had the intent to conceal a traffic accident intentionally or in a normal accident, or had the intent to deceive the insurance company by deceiving the insurance company by driving as if the person who did not board the vehicle in which the traffic accident occurred was committed.
1. The Defendant conspired with K and L on December 12, 2010, in collusion with the Defendant, brought about a traffic accident involving NSM5 automobiles intentionally received by K while driving a car on a number-free L driving basis, according to the prior allocation of roles on the roads in front of the 3rd apartment of the 3rd apartment of the Shindong-dong, Incheon Metropolitan Government, the Government of Gyeonggi-do.
Since then, the Defendant filed a false report as if he suffered damage or injury to a vehicle due to a normal traffic accident in K and L, and received from the victims a total of KRW 1,251,893 in the name of agreement, medical expenses, vehicle repair expenses, etc. as shown in the attached Form List of Crimes (1).
2. Defendant I, A, and B conspired with K and L on June 5, 2013, on the roads where the Gyeonggi-do Socheon-gun, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City) was closed, Defendant I, according to the prior allocation of roles, caused a traffic accident in which he intentionally gets off the OSM5 car of his passenger car on the number string off, and Defendant A and B were on board the said IM5 car.
Since then, the Defendants filed a false report as if they suffered damage or injury to a vehicle due to normal traffic accidents, with K and L, and received 6,486,190 won in total under the name of agreed money, medical expenses, vehicle repair expenses, etc. as stated in the attached crime list (2).
3. Defendant E, H, G, D, P, and Q Defendants in collusion with K and L on June 27, 2013, Defendant E, H, G, P, and Q. In the Government of the Gyeonggi-do, Newdong around 22:00.
