Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of each of the above penalties for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants are insurance solicitors belonging to (State) Escois, the insurance consulting company.
Defendants were willing to conceal a traffic accident by intentionally pretending a normal accident, or by deceiving an insurance company by means of driving as if a person who did not board a vehicle which has caused a traffic accident is able to do so.
1. On December 12, 2010, the Defendants conspired with D in collusion with D, which led to a traffic accident involving Defendant B’s ES5 automobiles intentionally received by Defendant B’s partner while driving a luxized car in front of the 3rd apartment of the Madong, Madong, Madong, and according to the prior allocation of roles, the Defendants led to a traffic accident involving Defendant B’s ES5 automobiles.
Since then, the Defendants filed false reports as if they were damaged by the vehicle damage and injury due to the normal traffic accident in the victim's (state) insurance with D along with D, and received KRW 1,251,893 in total from the victims in terms of agreed money, medical expenses, vehicle repair expenses, etc. as shown in the attached crime list (1).
2. On June 5, 2013, the Defendants conspired with F, G, and H, and carried out a traffic accident in which Defendant A intentionally received IS5 automobiles on the part of Defendant B, while driving a vehicle with a numberless top-down in accordance with the prior allocation of roles. G was the same as having been on board the said EM5 car.
Since then, the Defendants filed false reports as if they suffered damage or injury to a vehicle due to ordinary traffic accidents, with F, G, and H, and received KRW 6,486,190 in total as agreed money, medical expenses, vehicle repair expenses, etc. as stated in the attached Table of Crimes (2).
3. The Defendants in collusion with J, K, L, M, N, andO on the front of the Hoedong Hyundai Apartment at the time of the Government around 22:00 on June 27, 2013.
