A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. 재물 손괴 피고인은 2016. 11. 5. 05:00 경 여자친구 D의 집에서 D가 아무런 상의 없이 출입문 비밀번호를 바꿨다는 이유로 집 소유자인 ‘E’ 가 설치한 잠금장치를 발로 차 부수고, 주먹으로 창문을 깨뜨려 부수어 수리비 330,000원이 들도록 손괴하였다.

4. 경범죄 처벌법위반 : 관공서에서의 주 취 소란 피고인은 위 4 항의 일시장소에서 소란을 제지하던 경찰관들을 상대로 " 씨 발 놈들 아 니 넨 죽었어, 짜 바리 새끼들, 파출소 똘마니들" 이라고 큰소리로 욕설하고, 특히 여자 경찰관에게 " 분 냄새 나 네 씨발 년 아, 저리 안 꺼져 씨발 년 들아" 라며 욕설을 하고, 지구대로 동행한 피해자에게 " 너는 내일 죽을 거야, 시체로 발견될 거야. 징역 갔다 와서도 너는 내가 죽일 거야 좆같은 년 아, 경찰 좆이나 빨아" 라며 술에 취한 채로 관공서인 지구대에서 약 1 시간 10분 가량 거친 말과 행동으로 주정하고 시끄럽게 하였다.
