A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On April 30, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with labor due to interference with business in the Changwon District Court Msan Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence in Busan Prison on December 25, 2014.
