Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.
However, as to the defendants, two years from the date of this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 29, 2016, the Defendants paid 180,000 won per day and 30,000 won per 30 minutes per day when more than 3 times commercial sex acts per day are more than 3 times more than 1,000 in return for sexual sex acts. The Defendants recruited a sex purchase by using “G, H, and I” in the Internet NAV car hosting-type case, and Defendant B moved Defendant A and E to a passenger seat with his own car, and Defendant A took a role in receiving compensation for sexual sex acts from the south of the sex purchase, and Defendant A gathered to arrange sexual traffic acts in full scale from April 30, 2016.
1. On April 29, 2016, Defendant A: (a) had three male customers in a non-name-based sexual intercourse with E in a non-commercial guest room located in a non-commercial telecoming room from around 100,000 to April 30, 2016; and (b) received KRW 150,000 per time as the price for commercial sex acts.
Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.
2. Defendant A and Defendant B:
A. On April 30, 2016, in a non-commercial guest room located in the fluenite-si and below the fluenite-si on April 30, 2016, let four male guests have a sexual intercourse with E, and received KRW 150,000 per time as the price for sexual traffic, from 10,000 to 150,000 as the price for sexual traffic;
B. On May 1, 2016, in order to have five male customers with a name in a non-sex guest room in the non-fluencing room in the light of the trade name in the light of the city of Gangseo-si on May 1, 2016, receive KRW 150,000 per time from 100,000 to 150,000 as a price for commercial sex acts;
