A and Defendant C shall be punished by imprisonment for four months, by a fine of 1,00,000 won, and Defendant D shall be punished by imprisonment for three months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts by Defendants A, B, and C (the brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic) is the owner of a sexual traffic business in the name of “G”, and the Defendants were the head of each of the above businesses.

Around September 20, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Acts, Including Mediation, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (sexual traffic) by Defendant E, committed sexual traffic in the same manner as between August 25, 2017 and September 5, 2017, including: (a) around 10, “G” located on the first floor of “G” in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul, to receive KRW 20,000 won for sexual traffic; and (b) stimulates male customers’ sexual organ into their hands.
