Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2007, the defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Busan District Court's Dong Branch Branch, and on November 30, 2007, a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act was issued by the same court.

On May 12, 2014, under the influence of alcohol of 06:40%, the Defendant driven a Bnuf car from the front side of the river in the Namcheon-gu Busan Metropolitan City to the Hancheon-ro 268 (268) of the same city.
