A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 26, 2012, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 7 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Goyang Branch District Court (Seoul High Court). On November 17, 2011, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 3 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the same court on November 17, 201, and on December 13, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).
