Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 20, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the Busan District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on June 30, 201, a summary order of KRW 1.5 million to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act was issued by the Changwon District Court on June 30, 201.

The defendant is a person who drives a B E-car.

On January 17, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 03:07, 0.163% of blood alcohol level, driven the said car to approximately 300 meters in front of the modern home line located in the same Gu, where the said car is located in the southwest-gu, Busan.
