Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 17:30 on October 8, 2014, the Defendant was driving B-be under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.248% without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the Agricultural Cooperative Co., Ltd. located in the Dok-dong of Kimcheon-si to the front side of the Kimcheon-si at the same time, Kimcheon-dong.
2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) was a person who is engaged in driving of BPoter cargo vehicles.
