Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding eight million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 70,000 won shall be one day.

"2018 Highest 2907"

1. On November 7, 2018, around November 7, 2018, the Defendant made a false notice to the effect that “galgno 5 thalthothothothothothothothothothothothothothothothothothothothothothothothothoththothothothothotho

However, even if the Defendant received money from the victim E, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to sell the said “galthno 5 dud64”.

Nevertheless, at around 12:55 on November 13, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 100,000 from the victim to the F Account (G) in the name of the Defendant’s name.

2. On November 10, 2018, the Defendant, on November 10, 2018, posted a false statement to the effect that he/she would sell a “Akk-to-face” at his/her own residence as indicated in paragraph (1) around November 10, 2018.

However, even if the Defendant received money from the victim H, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to sell the said “Accompion”.

Nevertheless, on November 11, 2018, the Defendant received 135,000 won from the victim under the name of the International Bank (J) account in the name of A, from November 11, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant was delivered property by deceiving the victims.

"2019 Highest 531"

1. On October 11, 2018, at around 10:20, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that he/she would send lapt North Korea to the victim K who contacted with the Defendant, by selling lapt in D Internet carpets at the Defendant’s residence located in the building Hanam-si, Gyeonggi-do, and the Defendant’s residence.

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send Nowon-gu.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 470,000 won from the victim’s I Bank account (J) in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and extended to three times in total from that time until November 1, 2019, as shown in attached Table 1.
