Defendant

1. Defendants A, B, and C committed joint crimes with intent to have the money sold by stealing the iron plates supplied to customers in the above L, and Defendants A and B conspired to take charge of the role of cutting the iron plates from the above L materials warehouse by using the gaps in which surveillance was neglected due to the absence of any person after leaving the warehouse, and Defendant C conspired to take charge of distributing profits after transporting and selling the said iron plates.
