A Imprisonment with prison labor for two years, for six months, for Defendants B and C, and for ten months, for each of them.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court on March 21, 2013, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Seoul Detention Center on July 20, 2013. On June 11, 2015, the Incheon District Court sentenced Defendant A to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. and dismissed on August 27, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive.

B On April 20, 2012, the Incheon District Court sentenced eight months of imprisonment with labor for occupational embezzlement, etc. at the Incheon District Court on May 23, 2012, which became final and conclusive on May 23, 2012, terminated the enforcement of the sentence at the Incheon Detention House on December 20, 2012.

Defendant

D was sentenced to five months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court on April 18, 2013, and the enforcement of the sentence was terminated in the Incheon Detention House on February 10, 2014. On December 23, 2013, the same court was sentenced to two years of suspended execution as imprisonment for fraud, and on December 31, 2013, the said judgment became final and conclusive.

1. "2015 Highest 4673";

A. On October 1, 2014, around 12:00 on October 1, 2014, Defendant A and Defendant B introduced P operating “N (O)”, which is the partnership of “BS Capital”, with L and M, with L and M, to borrow KRW 68 million for the purchase of cargo vehicles from Defendant A office of Gyeyang-gu Incheon building C, 1007, 100,000,000 from the victim B Capital Co., Ltd., and conspired to pay KRW 50,000,000 to the previous “BS Capital”, and Defendant B applied for a loan with M, and Defendant A received a loan from M to pay the “F Capital” loan.

L on the same day, L shows to P the registration certificate of the Korean commercial truck 4.5 tons of car number Qu (vehicle number Q) which is located in L to P, who operates "N (O)", which is affiliated with M, at the mutual insular shop located in the above K building C, the first floor of the building C, and “M intends to purchase Korean commercial truck 4.5 tons of car number Q (vehicle number Q)”, and would receive a loan from BS capital.
