Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 21, 2014, around 22:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who was seated in a C metropolitan bus seat on the outer circular Highway located in the Pyeong-dong, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who was seated next to the Defendant, frightd to force indecent act by force; (b) frightd the victim’s hand; (c) frightd the victim’s hand; and (d) frightd the victim’s hand; and (d) frightd the victim’s right hand on both arms; and (e) frightd the victim’s right chest.

1. The defendant and his defense counsel asserted that the defendant had a 112 report processing statement and that he did not intentionally commit an indecent act on the part of the victim, even though the defendant had a locked legal nature.
However, in full view of the following facts and circumstances admitted by the above evidence, the facts charged in the instant case where the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim is recognized, and thus, the Defendant’s assertion is not accepted.
① When the victim and male-friendly E are on board a bus, the Defendant, who was seated in the front of the bus, laid a bridge so that the victim can sit on his/her left seat, and carried a handphone.
② When the Defendant and the victim sent a Handphone in front of the bus passage, the Defendant was reporting the Handphone and did not sleep.
③ After 20 minutes to 30 minutes from the time when the Defendant was on board with the victim, the victim took the victim’s arm’s length from her hand, and the Defendant again took the face toward the victim’s chest while saving the victim’s arm’s length with both arms.
④ When E showed the Defendant who performs the above behavior, the Defendant was galking the eye, but glusium was ging off, glusium was glusing, glusing and glusing down, and E was even glusing the face of the Defendant.
