The defendant shall be innocent.

1. On October 14, 2014, around 21:30, the Defendant: (i) operated the Handphone in the direction of blue school at the bus stop located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, 314-ro 314; (ii) operated the Handphone on the side of the back seat of the driver’s seat in the 3rd column of the 3rd column; and (iii) opened the left hand on the side of the victim J (n, e.g., the 27 years old) where the right side of the buck was seated on the side of the J (n, e.g., the buck) with his hand attached.

2.
