Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant entered into an online lottery ticket sales contract with an online lottery operator, and C is a person operating convenience store in the Gu and America, and in fact C did not enter into an online lottery sales contract with a lottery business operator, and solicited to sell online lottery tickets on behalf of the Defendant and distribute profits.

Accordingly, C sold online lottery tickets from November 1, 2017 to May 17, 2018, and distributed profits to the Defendant after selling online lottery tickets from the above convenience store.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with C to sell online lottery tickets for profit by allowing C who did not conclude a contract on the sale of lottery tickets with a lottery business operator.
