Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant entered into an online lottery sales contract with Nabro Co., Ltd., a lottery business operator.

B and C are married, and B leased the place of business from the Defendant of “B and C” in the facts charged of this case.

However, as shown below, as the lessee B is the lessee, B recognized the criminal facts as the lessee of the workplace from the Defendant.

From the Defendant, the place of business located in Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, is leased and operated with the “E” sales store.

On June 1, 2010, the Defendant, in collusion with B and C, agreed that B and C sell online lottery tickets in lieu of the Defendant’s online lottery sales contract using the Defendant’s online lottery sales contract, and the Defendant paid KRW 200,000 per month to B and C, respectively.

Accordingly, B and C sold online lottery tickets to unspecified customers who found the above clothing sales store using online lottery ticket devices installed at the above clothing sales store from around 201 to October 25, 2017.

In collusion with B and C, the Defendant did not enter into a contract on the sale of lottery tickets, but sold online lottery tickets for profit.
