A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a street store in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

No one shall sell online restoration for profit-making purposes to the Korea Lottery Commission, an entrusted business entity, or a re-entrusted business entity who fails to enter into a contract on the sale of lottery tickets.

Nevertheless, at around 14:50 on December 201, 2016, the Defendant sold online lottery tickets with KRW 400,000 per game without entering into a contract on the sale of lottery tickets at the street selling stand.
