Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are the mother and child simplified and victims E (33 years of age, female) are the legal couple between Defendant A and the legal couple, and they are living separately from June 2013.

1. From September 29, 2013 to around 23:30 on the same day, Defendant A detained the victim E, who was induced by preparing a divorce document at his own house located in the Seoul Northern-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and was able to live together with the defect that the victim E attempted to get home and forced to go home for approximately two hours.
