Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 28, 2013, the Defendant discovered the victim E (or, 24 years old) who had no one in front of the ‘D' store located in Goyang-dong, Mangdong-gu, Mangdong-si C' on December 28, 2013, and followed up the victim's chest, seeing the victim's chest, leading the victim's chest into the male toilet with his arms, and immediately led the victim's knife and his knife to the victim's knife, and the victim's knife knife k's knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife.

1. Where a judgment to register personal information and to submit such information under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act becomes final and conclusive;
