A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Seized evidence 1 to 7 shall be confiscated.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 13, 2012, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a penalty for larceny at the Daegu District Court, and on March 22, 2012, the summary order became final and conclusive. On July 29, 2013, the Daegu District Court issued a summary order of KRW 3 million as a penalty for larceny, and on August 31, 2013, the summary order became final and conclusive on August 20, 2013. On June 20, 2014, the Daegu District Court issued a summary order of KRW 2 million as a penalty for larceny, and on August 5, 2014, the summary order became final and conclusive.
The defendant habitually stolen or attempted to steal the victims' articles 29 times through the following 29 times.
1. Around 22:00 on May 11, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim C: (a) intruded the victim C with a knife knife door of the “Eel” which was installed on the roof, and cut off the pipe clothes connected to the outside air conditioner, which was installed on the roof; (b) cut off with a knife holding approximately 5-6 km of the pipe pipe in advance, which was owned by the victim; and (c) put the pipe into a knife, such as a knife with a knife holding approximately 5-6 km in excess of the market price, from around 22:0 to 24:00 on May 20, 2014; and (d) cut off the pipe out by using a knife with a total of 11 pife air condition over the market price in the same way as attached Table 1.
2. Crimes against victim F;
A. On June 6, 2014, between 03:00 to 15:00 on June 8, 2014, the Defendant went into a parking lot “H essential point” operated by the victim F in Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, and went out of the knife with the air-conditioner’s clothes connected to the outside machine installed at the place, and cut off using a knife with the air-conditioner’s knife, which was owned by the victim, approximately 30 meters in excess of the market price due to the lack of ownership of the victim.
