1. All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Defendants.
3. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, it is ordered.
Reasons
. According to the testimony by N of the witness of each video and the first instance trial, the above existing electric wires were old and old electric wires were exposed to the outside of the instant stores, and were likely to have been damaged while removing the ceiling and the wall at the time of the instant interior works.
The Plaintiff contracted each of the instant construction works to the Defendants, and requested the Defendants to not reuse the existing electric wires inside the ceiling.
C) However, Defendant B reused three existing electric wires to connect all air conditioners to the air conditioners while performing the instant air conditioners. In particular, when the length of the new electric wires prepared to connect the air conditioners to the air conditioners and L-2 segmented short, Defendant B could not connect them at once, Defendant B would be able to reuse the existing electric wires to Defendant C, and Defendant C would be liable to pay the fine after asking Defendant C whether it would be able to reuse the existing electric wires. At the ceiling of the instant store, Defendant B, who was off off the existing electric wires, divided the core line into two parts, and connected the existing electric wires with the new electric wires by linking them. Defendant B did not register electrical construction business under the Electrical Construction Business Act, and only the person who obtained a license for the electrical construction business, but was equipped with the technical capability of the former Electrical Construction Business Act (amended by Act No. 5426, Dec. 26, 199).
With respect to the work of linking the outdoor equipment with the electric wires during the work of installing air conditioners, even though they do not have sufficient knowledge and skills to directly perform such work, they directly connect the existing electric wires with the electric wires to connect the shuttles in the instant outdoor equipment with L-2.
