Reasons
Criminal facts
On December 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was unable to pay the entrance fees, insurance premiums, etc. of the C-Bridge vehicle (hereinafter “the instant bridge vehicle”); and (b) was removed from the number plate of the said vehicle on the D’s side; (c) was able to remove the number plate of the said vehicle from another’s vehicle; and (d) continued to conduct business activities by cutting off another’s vehicle number plate on his/her own vehicle; and (e) used that vehicle to cut off another’s air conditioner.
1. Larceny;
A. On March 2016, the Defendant: (a) removed the F-wing F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-C-W-C-S-W-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-
B. On June 14, 2016, around 21:28, the Defendant: (a) in front of the I Office for the operation of G Victim H at the time of light lighting; (b) took advantage of the gaps that the victim left away, and took advantage of the gaps that the victim did not leave, the Defendant stolen the Defendant’s cargo loaded on the Defendant’s private bridge and loaded it on the Defendant’s private bridge in total amounting to KRW 400,000,000 in total.

On July 2016, the Defendant cut off the L2.5 tons of L2.5 tons owned by the Victim K Co., Ltd., Ltd., which was parked, using the number plate in front of the T.5 tons of T.R. and the nicker, which was in possession of the number plate, at around 20:00 on the first day of July 2016.

From the beginning of July 2016 to the middle of July 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) laid off the victim N’s container building located in Ma in Ma, using the gap where the surveillance of the victim was neglected; (b) on two occasions the sum of the four market values of the Defendant’s private bridge, the Defendant loaded the sum of KRW 6 million in total on the Defendant’s private bridge, with two parts located outside the victim’s air conditioner (TRN) located therein, on two occasions.
Accordingly, the defendant has four times in total, a total of 6,40,000 won of the market price owned by others, with six air conditioners outside the air conditioners and three vehicle number plates.
