A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the friendship of the victim C (nive, family life).

The injured party has been divorced by his parents in 2006 when he is 3 years of age and is living in China depending on the mother of the injured party.

From 2010 to 7 years of age, the victim was living together with the defendant after entering Korea.

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A.
