A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 17:30 on October 31, 2013, the Defendant driving a vehicle for gallon to C gallon under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.238% in a section of about 1km from the 1km to the galgalgal distance located in the same Gacheon-ri from the Do near a cafeteria-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Samsan-do. Around 17:30 on October 31, 2013, while the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.238% on a blood alcohol level, and proceeded along one lane with the three-lane distance located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do, through the throughdogdog from the gyang bank. As above, the Defendant: (a) while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected to stop the front bank, due to occupational negligence, led the victim D (27 years of age) who was parked in the signal from the front direction of the Defendant’s running in the air to the signal signal line from the front direction of the Defendant’s running, and (b) did not immediately stop the said vehicle to the extent that it is necessary to give treatment for about three weeks to the victim, and (c) did not cause any injury to the victim (FF) who was on board the said D, to the extent that it is necessary to give treatment to the victim, and at the same time, did not immediately destroy the market price.
