Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 22, 2011, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license of a motor vehicle on May 22, 201, driven a B-ppon vehicle at a distance of approximately 200 meters from the front of the Gyang-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Seoul-do, to the front of the Gyang-gun, G-gun, Ulsan-gun, inter alia, in front of the bus terminal located in Seoyang-gun, Ulsan-do.

4. On September 2010, the Defendant: (a) taken over a passenger car from a person whose name is unknown at a place where the place is unknown; and (b) did not apply for the registration of transfer to the competent authority within 15 days without justifiable grounds.
