Punishment of the crime

On December 18, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Busan District Court’s branch branch court, and a fine of 1.5 million won as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Busan District Court on June 18, 2007, respectively.
