The Defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment of this case is publicly notified.
Reasons
1. The summary of the facts charged is a pastor, and on February 6, 2014, the Defendant was dismissed from the position of professor at G University on the first floor coffee of Jongno-gu Seoul E-building on February 6, 2014, notwithstanding the fact that he/she was not false, nor was he/she dismissed from the position of professor at G University due to false academic background, the Defendant was dismissed from the position of professor at the 30th floor conference conference of the above place.
In other words, the honor of the complainant was damaged.
2. Determination
A. In view of the recording CD in which the Defendant’s entire statement was recorded at the time of the instant case, the Defendant did not mention that “the Defendant was all false academic background of the complainants,” and that “the complainant was dismissed from G college due to a false academic background” did not mention.
