Punishment of the crime

1. Around July 16, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Defamation) on the ground that: (a) the Defendant asked the Defendant to reply to the Defendant by phoneing to the Defendant by the victim C, who was a person related to the former male and female B or a person related to B; (b) the Defendant, despite the fact that the victim had not made a business trip, refers to the victim on the Lone Star Program for the purpose of slandering the victim; and (c) “B is the 33 years of age for the subject of a business trip; and (d) the Defendant posted a notice on the invoice that he will be a business trip in the content of the invoice. The Defendant damaged the reputation of the victim by revealing publicly false information through an information and communications network, regardless of the fact that the victim had not made a business trip.

The Defendant, on July 22, 2019, on the same grounds as indicated in Paragraph 1, on July 16:3, 2019, sent to the victim the word “Isle Hasle Hasle Hasle Hasle Hasle Hasle Hasle Hasle Hasle Hasle Hasle Hasle am?” and “Isle Hasle amsn????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
