Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall sell agricultural products in disguised manner.

The Defendant, by taking advantage of the fact that the import product shoulder is about 4,800 won per 1km, and approximately 11,700 won per 1km of domestically produced shoulders in Korea, compared to the import product shoulder, sold them by means of a disguised method as if they were domestically produced, and acquired the amount of money by deceiving them.

1. On March 25, 2014, the Defendant, at around 10:00, sold the amount equivalent to the above amount by deceiving the victim for the 70kg of imported mountain products to KRW 595,00,00, by deceiving the victim by falsely concluding that “A is a person who satisfs in Hen, a person who satisfs in Hen at Hensan, and directly purchases domestic shoulder,” and selling it to the victim for KRW 595,00,00, and by deceiving the origin of agricultural and fishery products.

2. Around 10:00 on November 25, 2014, the Defendant attempted to acquire the amount equivalent to the above amount by deceiving the victim by selling the 70kg of the imported acid to KRW 560,000, by selling the 70kg of the imported acid to the 560,000 won. However, the Defendant attempted to report the fact to the 112 and failed to commit an attempted crime by reporting the fact to the 112, as the 112, as the fested domestic products were shouldered.
