Punishment of the crime

The Defendant sold 8,000kg of the import acid for KRW 132,00,000, with a false marking of domestic products for KRW 132,00,000, and supplied it to H with a false marking of domestic products at the G upper council located in Jeoncheon-gun, 2012. The Defendant sold 7,200 g of the import acid to H at KRW 52,500,000 in December 2012.
Accordingly, the Defendant committed an act of falsely indicating the country of origin.
