1. Of the instant lawsuit, the part of the claim against Defendant H is dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff, a non-profit corporation established under the Credit Unions Act, was merged with AF Credit Cooperatives (hereinafter “AF Credit Cooperatives”) on December 29, 2010, and the AF Credit Union is a credit union established on March 29, 1983 to contribute to the improvement of the welfare of its members and the balanced development of regional economy by providing its members with convenience of financing and life on March 29, 1983.
B. Defendant B, C, G, D, E, J, K, L, M,O, P, Q, and R were employed as an executive officer or employee of AF Newcom, as shown in attached Table 1.
C. Defendant F, H, I, Selection T, U, S, W, X, AC, AD and AE are as shown in Appendix 1, as shown in Appendix 1. B.
Of the Defendants described in paragraph (1), when the relevant Defendant, among them, has inflicted damage on AF Newcom in connection with his/her duties, the said Defendant entered into a contract for the guarantee of identity with the relevant Defendant to compensate for the amount of such damage jointly and severally, and AE died on March 30, 2004, and the heir is Y, Z, AA, and AB.
Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. entered into a fidelity Guarantee Insurance Contract with Defendant B, E, J, and K as indicated in the attached Table 1 with the insured as AF Newcom, with the content that the above Defendants would directly compensate for property damage caused by theft, robbery, fraud, embezzlement, or breach of trust during the pertinent insurance period, or by taking advantage of their official status. The above Defendants issued the Identity Guarantee Insurance Policy from the Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. and submitted it to AF Newcom.
