1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiffs are married couple on April 25, 2010, and Defendant C treated the Plaintiff as the president of the “E Hospital” and Defendant D as the doctor affiliated with the said hospital.

B. On March 12, 2012, Plaintiff A was pregnant with two embryos among the five embryos revised by “F Council members” located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City through artificial insemination.

C. On April 19, 2012, Plaintiff A: (a) sought to visit the Defendant Hospital with the defect of blood transfusion; (b) received the diagnosis of a miscarriage as a result of the diagnosis; (c) was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital by the 23th day of the same month; (d) received outpatient treatment on the 28th day of the same month; and (c) received outpatient treatment from the 30th day of the same month.

5. He was hospitalized until July, and received outpatient treatment on the 21st of the same month.

Plaintiff

A received treatment from a non-party G Hospital on May 24, 2012, and received re-treatment at the Busan National University Hospital on the same day and received hospitalized treatment at the Busan National University Hospital until the fifth day of the same month.

E. On May 26, 2012, Plaintiff A was diagnosed at the Busan National University Hospital as a result of blood examination that the infection level fell under 19.6, and suspended miscarriage prevention treatment and began to provide antibiotical treatment, and was hospitalized until May 31, 2012. Two embryos were born through a pregnancy termination surgery on May 31, 2012.
