【Criminal Facts】 On August 11, 2019, the Defendant posted a false statement on August 11, 2019, 17:49, stating that he/she sold Aphone 6 to the said “C” using a mobile phone from Doo-si Doo-si Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, and that he/she would send Aphone 6 if he/she remitted KRW 50,00 to the Victim F who reported and contacted Mapo-si.
However, there was no intention or ability to send money to the victim even if the defendant did not have six videophones, and even if he received money from the victim.
As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 50,000 won from the victim’s bank account (G) in the name of the Defendant on the same day from the victim, and from that time until August 25, 2019, transferred the sum of KRW 1,070,000 in total on six occasions, as shown in the attached Table 1 of Crimes List 1.
around 13:21 on November 18, 2018, the Defendant posted a letter that he/she sold gallonian 8 to the said “C” by using a cellular phone at the Doo-si Mapo-si Mapo-si Mapo-si on a false statement that he/she would send gallon 8 if he/she transfers 270,000 won to the victim H who had contacted with the Defendant.
However, there was no intention or ability to send money to the victim even if the defendant did not have the above gallony8, and even if he received money from the victim.
The defendant deceivings the victim as above, and is under the name of the defendant on the same day from the victim.
