A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 18, 2015, at around 22:05, the Defendant: (a) reported 112 that “any person was under influence in the influence of alcohol on the way front of the exit exit No. 8, 207, Dobong-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, the Defendant used” to said C, without any justifiable reason, who was urged from C and slopingD in the region belonging to the Seoul Gangseo Police Station B District, who was dispatched to said C to have a shoulder back from locking. In doing so, the Defendant sawd twice the above C’s body as her hand, and her body was found to have been drinking twice consecutively. The Defendant continued to live in the shape of the above C, and made twice the part of the said C’s body as drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
