Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Based on the facts acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and investigated by this court, the court revised part of the facts charged to the extent that it does not infringe the accused’s right to defense.

1. Murder by Defendant B, homicide by each of the murder by Defendant A, and aiding and abetting the murder by Defendant A, and aiding and abetting the murder;
A. The Defendants and the victims were living together from February 2014 to the victims, and reported their marriage on July 1, 2014, and the two were married F (G) and H (I).
The Victim J (54) is the father-child of Defendant B, and the victim K (56) was born between J and K, and the father-child of Defendant B, who was born between the above J and K, and the father-child of Defendant B died due to an accident around June 1984, 1984, on which the above Defendant was born, and the mother re-born with the above K around April 2004, and the mother-child of Defendant B, who was born from around September 2006, she was able to live together with the son’s mother, who was born from around September 2006 to around August 201.
