Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】
1. 2. On August 23, 2019, the Defendant attempted to bring money to the victim by threatening the victim, such as “I will not construct the access land in the KRW 50 million if I leave the access land in KRW 50 million” at the site of the aforementioned D D Corporation located in North Korea-gu, North Korea-si, and “I will stop construction unless I leave the access land in KRW 50 million,” and “I will see the D bath and see the public bath. I will end up to the end, I will see the victim’s desire to bring money by threatening the victim, but the victim failed to comply with the intention and failed to do so.”
3. On August 19, 2019, the Defendant shall install drilling equipment at the construction site as described in paragraph (2) and at the house end of the above victim’s house located in the north-gu, Si/Gun/Gu around 09:10 on August 19, 2019.
